At gingersnap wholesale our goal is always to provide our customers with quality products at competitive wholesale prices. Customer satisfaction is always high priority, for peace of mind gingersnap offer a 90 day warranty on all products from date of sale against defects in materials and workmanship

SUMMARY OF POLICY

CANCELLATION

Orders received by us are processed immediately and go straight into our warehouse to be picked and packed unless there is a product with a quoted pre order lead time. Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we cannot cancel or amend the order.

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To cancel your order you need to contact us by email for a authorised returns number and address just email sales@getgingersnap.com

It is your responsibility to ensure that all the products are returned suitably packaged and is received in a fully re-saleable condition within 7 calendar days of us issuing a returns number. Postage for returning the products to us will be at your own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLED ORDERS

Cancelled or unsuitable products returned by you for any other reason(s) other than "faulty" "damaged" "wrong Item sent" will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee of your total return exc VAT. The remaining balance will be issued via credit note in accordance with our terms and conditions

LIABILITY

We cannot accept liability for cancelled orders returned by you that do not reach us. We recommend that you use a trackable courier or postage service when returning your order.

FAULTY ITEMS ON DELIVERY

We recommend that you check your products once you have received your order. If you receive a product and it is damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 10 working days of receiving your order to process a claim for replacement(s) or credit note.

FAULTY IN WARRANTY PERIOD

Warranty is only subject to the following conditions:

  • gingersnap shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect result from (a) misuse, abuse, neglect (b) accidental (c) any modifications or alterations made (d) wear and tear
  • Items that fall within our warranty period are not eligible for refund, we will only issue a  credit note or replacement.
  • Replacement for warranty items are only replaced once.
  • Please note, gingersnap has the right to decline a claim if it does not meet our criteria.
  • gingersnap reserves the right to modify its warranty and returns policy.

FAULTY OUTSIDE WARRANTY PERIOD

We understand a gingersnap product may become faulty after our 90 day warranty period to you.

As a retailer, when a product that you have sold in your shop or online store becomes faulty you may still be liable to your customer for that product, despite being out of our warranty period.

Unfortunately after the 90 days we are unable to replace, repair or offer a credit note on the faulty product as stated in our terms and conditions.
