Discrepancies or Damaged Product Information
We understand it can be an extremely disappointing or frustrating experience when goods arrive damaged or missing so our commitment is to assist our customers who wish to make a claim. To help us help you quickly and efficiently, it's really important that you follow the claims procedures below
After Sales Information
In line with our terms and conditions any damages or discrepancies must be notified to us by email within 10 days of receiving goods.
Damage To Products
We will only process a claim where the actual product is damaged, we are unable to process a claim for any damage (dent/crush or imperfections) to the product packaging or display box.
Damage To Packaging
In the event of any damage to the outer packaging or display box, at our discretion a credit for up to a maximum of 5% of the product cost price may be issued. If you would prefer for replacements to be issued, you will be responsible for the cost to return the products to us. On receipt of the products we will resend replacements.
How to Claim
For your claim to be processed, please email your completed form along with images/photos of each of the damaged product(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.

All completed claims will be responded and settled with credit note or replacement by email within 48 - 72 working hours.
If you have not received a reply within this time, please do contact us
Please be aware that any claim submitted more than 10 days after you have taken delivery of your order, cannot be considered, as stated in our terms and conditions.
