Who can buy from Gingersnap Wholesale?
We sell our wholesale products to trade account, retailers, gift shops, and internet traders within the UK and to over 20+ countries in Europe and worldwide

What is your minimum order amount?
We offer a low minimum order value of £200 excl VAT
How do I see the prices?
To view our prices you will need to register and open a trade account by clicking on the LOG IN button which appears top right, once registered you will gain instant access to all our current trade prices just by using the simple online create an account form

Do your prices include VAT?
We show both prices on the website. The prices on the website do not include VAT.
20% VAT will be added to the order in the shopping basket at checkout stage.
If you are in the EU and have a VAT registration number, please choose the BACs option at checkout submit your order. Then just email your VAT numberand order number to firstname.lastname@example.org we will then remove the VAT from your basket and send you the invoice for payment

What are your delivery prices?
For UK customers (Excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland), delivery is free if you spend £400 exc VAT. A delivery charge of £10 will be applied to all orders below £400. Delivery will be made within 5 working days from receipt of cleared funds. All orders will be dispatched via DPD, APC or Royal Mail.
Worldwide delivery standard rate is £125 per pallet, if your order is under or over 1 pallet we will contact you with an amended quotation.
When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery times vary per country, UK mainland standard delivery is 5 working days. If you require your order quicker please contact us by phone before placing an order.
Once your order has been placed you will receive anorder confirmation email from us with details of your order.
When do I pay for my order?
For new customers, we require pro forma payment before sending out your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Mastercard and Maestro.
Payments can be made online, over the telephone or via BACS
Recommended Retail Prices (RRP)
We do show a RRP on the website, although the price that you wish to retail your items at really depends on you.
Who can stock Gingersnap?
We have our products stocked at multiple locations across UK and Europe. We don't offer exclusivity for postcode areas however, we always endeavour to avoid stocking small independent retail gift shops with the same products that are in close proximity of each other
New Product Lines
Our website is updated continuously. As items sell out they are removed from the site and as new products come into the warehouse they are added to the site so it is worth checking WHAT'S NEW and COMING SOON pages on our website regularly to see what is new and back in stock

What happens if there are items out of stock on my order?
We try to ensure make sure that all products featured on the website are all in stock however, occasionally there times when products sell out before our website is updated. Our usual process is to send the order with the products we have in stock and only charge you for those products.
What if my item is damaged or missing from my order?
Our warehouse team take great care in our packaging, If you identify any damages to products, delivery shortages, or discrepancies, you must inform us by email within 10 days of receiving the goods. Click here for info on HOW TO CLAIM
What is the warranty on faulty products?
We offer up to 9 months warranty after date of purchase
How do I use a credit note with my order?
Credit notes are not automatically deducted from your order total. If you would like to use a credit note with your order, please choose bacs at checkout, then send us an email and we will allocate the credit to your invoice and email your amended invoice.

Please note we only keep credit notes active for 3 months
I have received my order but no longer want some of the products.
Sorry we do not allow returns of unwanted items.
Can I use your product images?
Yes you can use our images, if it is for a product you have purchased from Gingersnap wholesalers, although we do advise to create your own product description as this will help your SEO. We do not recommendt using our images to pre-sell products that you have on placed as a pre order or before you have them. This can cause problems and disappointment for both you and your customers if we incur any shipping delays or for any reason are unable to provide the product which has been presold.
